Curisma , Inc. (“Curisma, “ we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform users of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information (as defined below) received from users of this website, located at www.curisma.com ("Site"). This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Site. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. By accessing this Site and/or using the services and/or features made available on the Site (the “Services”), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, as they may be amended by us from time to time.

Information Collected Upon Registration. If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Site, you will be required to become a registered user and to submit certain Personal Information to Curisma such as: (1) your first and last name, (2) your address, (3) your telephone number, (4) your email address, (5) your date of birth, and (6) your gender (collectively, “Personal Information”). This happens in a number of instances, such as when you sign up for the Service, when you purchase products and/or service on the Site, or if you desire to receive marketing materials and information.

Additional Information. Your full user name and your photo, if you decide to upload one, are displayed to people on the Curisma network to enable you to connect with people on Curisma, as specified in your privacy settings. Once a member, you may provide additional information in the profile section, including but not limited to your bio, your location, as well as your personal web site and twitter user name, if you have them. Providing additional information beyond what is required at registration is entirely optional, but enables you to better identify yourself and find new friends and products in the Curisma system. If you contact us by email through the Site, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and may use your email address, and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you. Please know that any information, including Personal information, you reveal in a public forum, such as a reviews of products or services or recommendations of products or services, on your public profile, or similar electronic public venues is not protected by this Privacy Policy. Such postings will be seen by other registered users and third parties not related to the Site. What you write could be used by others in ways we are unable to control or predict, including to contact you for unauthorized purposes.

Use of Personal Contact Information. Please be aware that, even if you have opted to receive only certain communications from us, we may still need to contact you for transactional purposes and maintenance purposes. For example, we may need to contact you with questions/information regarding an order, product information, refunds or to notify you of major service upgrades, changes, or outages.

Use of Anonymous Information. We may create anonymous information records from your Personal Information by excluding information (such as your name) that make the information personally identifiable to you. Information We Track.

Third-Party Credit Card Processor Curisma uses a third-party credit card processor to authorize credit card purchases made on our Site. To make this possible, your name, billing address, and order total are shared via secure (encrypted) means with this third-party payment processor for the sole purpose of completing your order. Please note that your credit card information (number, expiration date, security code) is provided directly to the third-party credit card processor and is stored by such third-party credit card processor and not Curisma, and as such, it is important to review the privacy policy of the third-party credit card processor prior to providing this information. The third-party credit card processor’s privacy policy will apply to the information you provide on the third-party credit card processor’s web site. You hereby acknowledge and agree that Curisma is not affiliated in any way with the third –party credit card processor and that we have no responsibility or liability for the services provided by such third-party credit card processor or for the third-party credit card processor’s acts or omissions.

Changing or Deleting Information. If you are a registered user of the Site, you may access and update or correct the information you provided to us through tools available on the Site.

Security. Curisma uses reasonable measures to maintain the security of your Personal Information. However, no company, including Curisma, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of Personal Information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk. Please remember that you post content on the Site at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your pages and information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that content you post on the Site will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
