Information Collected Upon Registration. If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Site, you will be required to become a registered user and to submit certain Personal Information to Curisma such as: (1) your first and last name, (2) your address, (3) your telephone number, (4) your email address, (5) your date of birth, and (6) your gender (collectively, “Personal Information”). This happens in a number of instances, such as when you sign up for the Service, when you purchase products and/or service on the Site, or if you desire to receive marketing materials and information.
Opt-Out. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such information or communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications. We will take commercially reasonable steps to implement your opt-out requests promptly, but you may still receive communications from us for up to ten (10) business days as we process your request. Please be aware that, even if you have opted to receive only certain communications from us, we may still need to contact you for transactional purposes and maintenance purposes. For example, we may need to contact you with questions/information regarding an order, product information, refunds or to notify you of major service upgrades, changes, or outages.
Use of Anonymous Information. We may create anonymous information records from your Personal Information by excluding information (such as your name) that make the information personally identifiable to you. For clarity, anonymous information means information that is not associated with or linked to your personal information and does not permit the identification of individual persons. We may use this anonymous information for any purpose in our discretion.
Information We Track.
Log Data. When you visit the Site, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type or the domain from which you are visiting, the web-pages you visit, the search terms you use, and any advertisements on which you click. For most users accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider the IP address will be different every time you log on. We use Log Data to monitor the use of the Site and of our Service, and for the Site’s technical administration. We do not associate your IP address with any other personally identifiable information to identify you personally, except in case of violation of the Terms of Service.

Changing or Deleting Information. If you are a registered user of the Site, you may access and update or correct the information you provided to us through tools available on the Site.
Security. Curisma uses reasonable measures to maintain the security of your Personal Information. However, no company, including Curisma, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of Personal Information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk. Please remember that you post content on the Site at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your pages and information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that content you post on the Site will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your content.
Our Policy Towards Children. The Site is not directed to persons under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
Notice To California Residents. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers who are California residents and who have provided Curisma with "personal information" (as that term is defined in Section 1798.83) to request certain information about the disclosure of that information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
